Your Day Trip Itinerary
Your Day Trip Itinerary

Begin your day with a convenient pickup in Zagreb, where you’ll meet your expert guide for the journey. Travel through the scenic Lika region, known for its lush forests, rolling hills, and pristine rivers. During the drive, your guide will share fascinating stories and insights about Croatia’s history, culture, geography, and natural wonders, making the journey as enriching as the destinations themselves.

Your first stop is Rastoke Village. Rastoke is a charming historic village located at the confluence of the Slunjčica and Korana rivers. It is often called “Little Plitvice” because of its beautiful waterfalls, crystal-clear water, and lush green surroundings.
The village is famous for its traditional 17th- and 18th-century watermills, wooden houses built directly over the water, and peaceful natural atmosphere.
As we stop there, you will have time to walk around, take photos of the waterfalls, enjoy a coffee by the river, and experience authentic Croatian countryside charm

Next, continue to Plitvice Lakes National Park, where you’ll enjoy an approximately 8.5 km (5.5-mile) walk along scenic trails surrounded by lush greenery, sparkling lakes, and dramatic waterfalls. Marvel at the vivid turquoise waters that change color with the light, and observe the thriving flora and fauna that make the park a natural wonder.

Your visit also includes a relaxing boat ride across one of the lakes and a panoramic shuttle ride, offering unique perspectives of the park’s stunning landscapes and perfect photo opportunities.

After a full day immersed in the beauty of Croatia’s nature and history, enjoy the journey back to Zagreb. Reflect on the incredible scenery, capture memories of cascading waterfalls, or simply relax after an unforgettable day of exploration and adventure.
